Through this question, you are being assessed for the soft skills that you have or that can be owned in the future. Hence you should take the chance to really display your skills. How to answer it
Make your answer all about the hotel. Share information that only meets all the criteria the hotel is looking for.
Speak about the tangibles and intangibles. Speak about how you would add value and what makes you the best fit for this hotel and this job.
Your 3-4 bullet points could include a combination of the following:

Don’t try to be a superhero by making over reaching claims what you can do for the hotel. For example saying, i can double hotel sales or i will make the hotel No 1 in TripAdvisor etc. This shows that you give too much self importance to yourself rather than working in teams.

One of the last questions you will be asked is, “Do you have any questions for me?” Be prepared to respond with some questions of your own.
